The 2007 Yukon XL 4WD is a 4-door, up to 9-passenger sport-utility, available in 8 trims, ranging from the SLE-1 1/2 Ton to the SLT-2 3/4 Ton.

Upon introduction, the SLE-1 1/2 Ton is equipped with a standard 5.3-liter, V8, 310-horsepower, flexible fuel engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 20-mpg on the highway. The SLT-2 3/4 Ton is equipped with a standard 6.0-liter, V8, 352-horsepower engine that achieves 14-mpg in the city and 18-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.
